Who we are

Work shouldn’t break you. Yet for too many people, especially those living with disability or managing serious health conditions, the workplace becomes something to survive rather than somewhere to contribute. HR is supposed to help, in reality, it often leaves you stressed, unheard, or pressured into decisions that don’t respect your needs or your health. That’s where we come in.

We built this service for people who are exhausted by the system and need someone in their corner. We know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to heal, manage symptoms, see doctors, juggle accommodation paperwork, and still keep your job safe. When HR and insurance start pushing, it can feel like you’re already losing before you’ve even had the chance to speak. Our goal is to level the playing field.

We’re not here to impress your employer, we’re here to support you. We help you plan your next steps, get organized, document everything properly, and communicate with clarity instead of fear. We break things down in plain language so you can understand what’s actually happening and what your realistic options are. We help you avoid common traps, stay focused, and protect your well-being in a process that can easily drain it.

You don’t need legal jargon or corporate buzzwords. You need strategy, honesty, and someone who understands how overwhelming these situations can become, especially when you’re disabled, recovering, or simply trying to keep your life steady. Whether you’re dealing with accommodation requests, return-to-work pressure, disability discrimination, medical leave complications, or HR pushing you in circles, we’re here to help you navigate it with confidence and dignity.

You deserve support. You deserve clarity. You deserve not to go through this alone.

We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice.
